When I started this painting, I intended to paint Geraniums....It happens most of the time: I try to capture the essence of the subject. I don't know if I call it "Pink Geraniums". Maybe..just "Flowers". Watercolor, 20 x 27.5 inches, not available for purchase. / Quando comecei essa pintura, eu queria pintar Gerânios...Isso acontece a maior parte do tempo: Eu tento captar a essência do tema. Não sei se posso chamá-la de "Gerânios Rosados". Talvez...apenas "Flores". Aquarela, 50 x 70 cm, indisponível para aquisição.

Flowers / Flores

Our creator didn't have names in mind when he created flowers. Your flowers are beautiful no matter what we call them.

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful; you're maybe right in leaving the title vague; naming the geraniums would narrow it down too much... Let people imgine the flowers they want!
